On Premium and Pro your customers pay their invoices by link. Stripe processes the payment and the money goes straight to your own Stripe account. Stripe’s processing fee applies on both plans; Premium adds a 1% platform fee and Pro adds none. Terms §5.
Founding crews: your price, locked for life.
The first 10 businesses to subscribe on iPhone and iPad keep the price of the plan they subscribe to for the life of that subscription. 10 more seats open on Android when it ships. Seats go in order of first subscription, and there’s nothing to sign.
What “for life” means, in plain words
- It applies to one business account, the one the owner subscribed during the founding window, and to the plan that account holds.
- It doesn’t move to another business the same owner opens, or to a new owner if the business is sold.
- It ends if the account is closed or the subscription lapses for more than 30 days. Subscribing again later is at the then-current price.
- Switching plans is at that plan’s then-current price.
- The founding price is a price commitment only. If a plan is discontinued or changes, we may move the account to the nearest equivalent plan at the founding price.
