How it worksSupport
Get unstuck.
Crew members start with their owner. Owners write straight to us, billing questions included, and hear back within 1 business day.
One small team answers every email. A crew on its free 30 days writes to the same address as a paying owner.
Waiting on Android?
CutCrew is on iPhone and iPad today. We’re building the Android version. There’s no date yet, but the beta list is open, and everyone on it hears from us when the first build is ready.
ALREADY ON THE LIST
You don’t need to do anything. To check you’re on it, write to [email protected] with the business name you signed up under.
HAVEN’T ASKED YET
Sign up for the Android beta. It doesn’t take a card, and you’ll hear first when it ships.
Crew members: start with your owner.
Your owner runs your crew’s account and can fix most things: a wrong phone number, a punch that needs correcting, sign-in trouble. Start there.
THE PHONE NUMBER
Check that your number matches what your owner entered. A mismatch there is behind most sign-in trouble.
THE APP ITSELF
If it misbehaves, open it where there’s signal and wait until the clock screen no longer says items are waiting to sync. Then delete it and reinstall. Synced punches are stored on the server, so nothing is lost.
Owners: tell us what happened.
Email us with what happened and what you expected. Include your business name; screenshots help.
Replies within 1 business day.
Billing: card numbers never travel by email.
Subscriptions are billed through the App Store. Send billing questions to the same address, [email protected], with “Billing” in the subject. You change plans in the app under Billing and cancel in your Apple subscription settings. What each plan costs is on the pricing page.
The rest is written down.
