- Tap New Receipt, from your Dashboard or the crew’s Receipts tab, and photograph the receipt.
- TAG
- Enter the amount, vendor, category and site. Each category maps to a Schedule C tax line, so nobody needs to know what line 9 is.
- REVIEW
- Receipts from your crew go to your review queue, and your Dashboard shows how many are waiting. Approve or reject each one with the photo on screen. Your own receipts skip the queue.
- ONLY APPROVED
- Only approved receipts make it into expense totals and the tax export. Rejected ones go back to the crew member with your reason, so they can fix and resubmit.
Tax time is one tap.
When the quarter ends, one tap sends your accountant every approved receipt photo, each file named by date, vendor and amount, plus a CSV summary mapped to Schedule C lines. Once sent, those records lock, and they're kept for 7 years.

Costs by job and by machine.
Tag a receipt to a site and it counts toward that job’s costs. On Pro you can also tag a fuel or parts receipt to a machine, and CutCrew adds it up on that machine’s page, so you can see what each machine costs to run.

Receipts mapped to Schedule C and the quarterly accountant export are in every plan, starting with Basic at $29 a month for the whole crew. Tax export will never be moved behind a higher plan. Every plan starts with 30 days free, and none of them charge per person.

FAQ
Do I need to know the Schedule C lines?
No. You pick a plain category, like fuel or parts, and the app maps it to the line behind the scenes.
Can my crew submit receipts?
Yes. Their receipts go to your review queue, and only what you approve counts toward totals and the export.
What does my accountant receive?
An email with a ZIP of named receipt photos and a CSV mapped to Schedule C lines. They don't need a login or any software.
What if the photo won’t upload?
It’s queued on the phone waiting for signal; the app says so in a banner. It uploads on its own when signal returns. Don’t retake it.
Is the tax export in every plan?
Yes. Basic, Premium, and Pro.
