Each site saves its address, contact and services*, so an invoice takes about 2 minutes. You check the lines, pick the photos, generate the PDF and text it. Turn on pay by link and the customer pays from their phone. CutCrew is on the App Store for iPhone and iPad, with 30 days free and one price for the whole crew.
What your customer receives.
It's one page. Your business is across the top, then the yard and its contact, the work and the date it was done, up to two approved photos of the finished job, and an amount-due card with a pay link your customer taps from their phone.
CutCrew fills it in from the site’s own services and prices. On Premium and Pro the pay link runs through Stripe and the money comes straight to you.

Set up the site once.
Open the Sites tab and tap New Site. Every invoice for that property uses what you save there.
- THE SITE
- Name, address, and your point of contact print on every invoice for this site automatically.
- SERVICES
- The work you offer (mowing, edging, cleanup) prefills every invoice’s line items. You set company-wide defaults, and any site can have its own.*
- PHOTOS
- Walkaround photos your crew takes from the clock go to your Photo Review queue. Once you approve them, they're in the site’s gallery and you can put them on its invoices.
- NOTES
- Gate code, the bed they always miss, skip the back slope when wet. Your crew sees these notes on every visit.
Generate the PDF. Text it.
Open the site and tap Generate Invoice. The line items prefill from the site’s services. Edit the amounts, add custom lines, set the due date and pick up to 2 approved photos to show the work. Your business header and logo go on top, with the site’s address and contact. Then the share sheet opens so you can text, email or print it.

Paid by link*, or marked paid by hand.
Connect Stripe once under Settings, then send the invoice with the pay link on. Your customer taps the link, or scans the QR code on a printed copy, and pays on Stripe’s secure checkout page in their browser. The site’s invoice list shows each invoice as Sent, Processing, Paid, or Late once the due date passes. Paid by cash or check? Tap Mark as paid and record how.
Stripe is the payment processor: money goes to your bank account, and CutCrew never sees card numbers.
Invoices don’t change after they’re made.
CutCrew numbers invoices for you (INV-0001 style). Once you generate an invoice it's locked, and a correction is a new invoice that supersedes it, so your paper trail has no erasures. The site’s address and contact are saved into the PDF when you generate it, so editing the site later doesn't change an old invoice.
Basic includes your first 10 invoices. Premium and Pro make them unlimited and add pay by link.
Basic is $29 a month for the whole crew and covers your first 10 PDF invoices. Premium ($39) and Pro ($49) add sites with services and prices saved per site, unlimited invoices, and pay by link. On Premium, a payment by link carries a 1% platform fee on top of Stripe’s processing fee. On Pro there's no platform fee. Prices and fees are shown before you choose a plan. See Terms §5.

FAQ
Does my customer need an app?
No. They tap a link in a text or scan a QR code and pay in their browser on Stripe’s checkout page.
What if they pay by check or cash?
Tap Mark as paid on the invoice and record how they paid.
Can I put photos on the invoice?
Yes, up to 2 approved photos per invoice.
There’s a mistake on an invoice.
Generate a corrected invoice from the same site. It supersedes the old one, and both stay on the record, because a generated invoice never changes.
Is pay-by-link in every plan?
No. Basic includes your first 10 PDF invoices. Premium and Pro make invoices unlimited and add pay by link, and on Pro there's no platform fee.
