Each site holds the address and contact, the services you do there and what you charge, the photos your crew takes, and every dollar spent on the property. Once a site is added, your crew picks it when they clock in or file a receipt, and your invoices pull from it. When the job’s done, the site’s services become the invoice. One tap builds the PDF and sends it, and your customer pays by tapping a link. Invoicing.
Crew

Your crew signs in with a text code and punches on their own phones. The punch is stamped the moment it’s pressed, signal or not, and never rewritten. Whoever has a receipt takes a photo of it, and it goes under a Schedule C line until you approve it. For payday, CutCrew adds up each person’s hours, overtime and gross pay. Equipment*
Every machine on the books, with its running cost.
Each mower, trailer and truck gets a record of what it cost, what it needs, the expenses logged against it and the hours it’s run. Your crew can pull up the repair videos for the machine they’re standing next to and fix a thrown belt on the spot.

Your Dashboard shows who’s on the clock right now, what you’ve invoiced and spent this month, who owes you and who’s close to overtime. Reports break it down by site, pay period, person and machine. You sign in as the owner and see everything. Your crew signs in with a 6-digit code sent by text, so there’s no password to forget, and they see only the Clock, Receipts, Repair Videos and Crew tabs. They add site photos when they clock out. Your hours, pay and invoices stay on your side.
Punches and receipts are stored on the phone first and sync when there is signal, so a dead zone at the yard costs nobody a punch.
